1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy sets out how Aztec LLC (the "Operator") processes and protects the personal data of users of the aztec.kg website (the "Site").

1.2. The Policy is based on the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on personal information and also takes into account the requirements of Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006 where it applies to the processing of Site users' data.

1.3. By submitting a request on the Site, the user confirms that they have read this Policy. Personal data is processed only after the user separately gives consent to the processing of personal data.

2. Data we process

• first and last name (if provided);
• company name;
• phone number, email address and/or Telegram username;
• deal details the user provides in the request: goods, supplier's country, payment amount and currency, the service needed, need for logistics and customs clearance, message text;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, if web analytics services are connected to the Site.

The Operator does not collect special categories of personal data or biometric data through the Site.

3. Purposes of processing

• receiving and handling requests and contacting the user;
• preparing a quote for the cost and timing and advising on the deal;
• concluding and performing an agreement at the user's initiative;
• analysing the Site's performance and improving its usability (anonymised technical data only).

4. Legal grounds

• the user's consent to the processing of personal data;
• the conclusion and performance of an agreement to which the user or the company they represent is a party.

5. How we process data

5.1. The Operator may carry out the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation.

5.2. Data from the Site form is sent to sales@aztec.kg and passed to the Operator's responsible manager to handle the request. The Site's hosting provider, an email service, a CRM system and the Telegram messenger may be used for this, only to the extent needed to handle the request.

5.3. Where applicable law requires personal data to be stored in a particular country, the recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification and retrieval of such data are carried out using databases located in that country.

5.4. The Operator is located in the Kyrgyz Republic, so handling a request from a user in another country involves the cross-border transfer of personal data to the Kyrgyz Republic. Such transfer is based on the user's consent and carried out in the manner established by applicable law, including Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

5.5. The Operator does not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing mailings.

6. Retention period

Personal data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but for no longer than 1 (one) year from the user's last contact, unless a longer period is required to perform an agreement or by law. Data is deleted earlier if the user withdraws consent.

7. User rights

• to find out which of their data is processed and how;
• to require the data to be corrected, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, out of date or processed unlawfully;
• to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• to appeal against the Operator's actions to the authority responsible for protecting the rights of personal data subjects or to a court.

To exercise these rights, write to info@aztec.kg. The Operator responds within 10 (ten) business days of receiving a request.

8. Data protection

The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: it limits the number of staff with access to the data and uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and secure services to store and transmit requests.

9. Cookies

The Site may use cookies to work correctly and to collect anonymised statistics. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings, although some Site features may then not work correctly.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may update this Policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Site. The current version is always available on this page.
