Which data

First and last name, company name, phone number, email address and/or Telegram username, and the deal details I provide in the request (goods, supplier's country, payment amount and currency, the service needed, need for logistics and customs clearance, message text).

For what purpose

To handle my request, contact me, prepare a quote for the cost and timing, advise on the deal, and conclude and perform an agreement at my initiative.

Which actions

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation.

Transfer of data

I agree to my personal data being transferred to the Operator's responsible staff, the Site's hosting provider, an email service, a CRM system and the Telegram messenger to the extent needed to handle the request, and to the cross-border transfer of my personal data to the Kyrgyz Republic, where the Operator is located.

Duration and withdrawal of consent

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but for no longer than 1 (one) year from my last contact. I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to info@aztec.kg. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within the period set by law, unless it has other lawful grounds for processing.
